If our technical support has not solved your issue within 72 hours, you’re able to get a full refund. We want to make things right, and we assure our services are very stable in most cases, and you will not face issues that we can’t solve. The refund will cover you in any case of issues that arise from our technical side.
Trial Period:
We recommend all customers try our free trial before purchasing a full subscription. This allows you to test the service quality, channel selection, and compatibility with your device.
We cannot issue a refund for technical issues unless:
- You have contacted us and allowed our team to attempt to resolve the issue.
- If we cannot resolve the issue within 72 hours, you will receive a refund.
- The issue is not on our technical side (e.g., device compatibility problems, poor internet connection in your country or area).
- Problems caused by user error or failure to follow setup instructions.
- If your device or network does not meet the minimum requirements to run our service.

Special Consideration:
In instances where a user cannot access their IPTV subscription plan for 48 hours or more due to server issues or other problems caused by us, we will either completely refund the package price or add the lost time on top of the subscription for free. Additionally, we can negotiate extra bonuses to ensure your satisfaction.
